The beach of Kalathas is a
 beautiful
scenic beach which seems to always have a water temperature
exceeding 30c. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the
surrounding area is a mountain reflecting and to a point
"isolating" the sun's warmth.
 Many
Americans seem to prefer Kalathas beach - a good reason is
probably because the airport base is only a few kilometers
away.
